This is a use what we had meal. Left over rice and beans from last weekends tacos, jalapeno, onion, garlic, bacon, veggie mix(I didn’t have just corn and peas),eggs, topped with a drippy egg.
Marinated pork tacos. On flour tortillas with salsa and roasted white onion. Beans and rice as the side. I kind of just used my own recipe for the marinade. Half can of chipotle in adobo, 1/4 sour cream, 2 tbsp lime juice, 4 garlic cloves, 2tsp dried Mexican oregano.
Jalapeno, garlic, cheddar biscuits with drippy egg and hot sauce on top. They came out a little too thin to spit in half and make a sandwich and a little too thick to use 2 and have a sandwich. So bust out a fork :)
“Thick” smashed burger with onion, american and gouda cheese, bacon, quick burger sauce, lettuce, pickle on a Sara Lee potato bun. I can’t get Martins buns in my small town. Oven fries cooked in the bacon grease and seasoned with Lawrys

Honey butter, sausage eggs and cheese, biscuits sliders. Used knockoff Pillsbury biscuits, made a quick whipped honey butter, all I had was sausage links so I cut them in half before adding to the sandwich so keep the ratios what I wanted.

A spicy shrimp salad - mayo, Sriracha, garlic chili sauce, soy sauce, jalapeno, green onion, diced shrimp. Served on crispy fried rice, garnished with avocado and more jalapeno.
New York bodega style bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll. My YT has been feeding me videos of a guy going around the city and having them. Got me craving. Fried spam with Danos spicy as well.
This what a use what is in the house breakfast. Haven’t gone to the grocery store yet this weekend for the weeks supplies. Pineapple pancakes, topped with a cream cheese glaze, grilled pineapple chunks, drizzle of maple syrup
Chocolate Panettone french toast - topped with some butter and a chocolate cream cheese. I hadn’t planned on having the cream cheese. The panettone came with a chocolate top so I removed the chocolate, melted it down, added it to some leftover cream cheese, powered sugar, and splash of vanilla.
Leftover turkey sandwiches are without a doubt my favorite way to use up some leftovers. I don’t go as crazy as Ross though never fear. Chips and dip, side salad, mimosa
